NCDA Facilitating Career Development Training provides individuals with relevant skills and knowledge to assist others in planning careers and obtaining meaningful work. With a nationwide system of instructors, NCDA has prepared over 25,000 Career Service Providers and Facilitators for inter/national certification.
Experienced FCD instructors, Cindy Mason and Shantele Raper have the experience and credentials with NCDA and CCE to provide the instruction and resources to become a CSP (Career Services Provider), previously known as CDF (Career Development Facilitator). Completion of the Knowledge Works Facilitating Career Development Training course will provide everything you need to move into a position as a Career Service Provider or take an additional step to apply for one of the credentials available from NCDA and CCE.
