NCDA Facilitating Career Development Training provides individuals with relevant skills and knowledge to assist others in planning careers and obtaining meaningful work. Established in 1913, NCDA is the premier provider of professional development in the career field. With a nationwide system of instructors, NCDA has prepared over 25,000 Career Service Providers and Facilitators for inter/national certification.
Experienced FCD instructors, Cindy Mason and Shantele Raper have the experience and credentials with NCDA and CCE to provide the instruction and resources to become a CSP (Career Services Provider), previously known as CDF (Career Development Facilitator). Completion of the Knowledge Works Facilitating Career Development Training course will provide everything you need to move into a position as a Career Service Provider or take an additional step to apply for one of the credentials available from NCDA and CCE.
